This position will enhance and promote the ICT brand through customer engagement, utilizing a variety of channels including but not limited to communications, social media platforms, website management, customer service initiatives, public relations activities and special event management. Examples of Work Performed: Under the direction of the Air Service Development and Marketing Manager: Manages the airports social media channels and measures results. This includes writing content with associated photos/videos, responding to comments, and staying current with social media enhancements Managing the Newsroom, which includes writing content, utilizing key words and optimizing content, with associated photos/videos Manages customer experience issues by evaluating, researching and responding to information requests and complaints. Required Experience and Training Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field; and Experience with social media platforms and/or marketing preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
