Massco, Inc., a stable & well established company, is looking for a loyal, friendly, and detail oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) in our Wichita office. This position performs a wide variety of office work, including supporting Sales Consultants, processing client orders, answering detailed questions over the phone, and handling payment transactions, as well as a variety of office administrative duties. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a team environment and enjoys interacting with clients. This is a full-time position; hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5.

Required Experience: Must have a high school diploma or a GED. Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute and have strong 10-key skills. Must have the ability to contribute as a team member, be capable of working independently, and have very strong multitasking and time management skills. Must have strong attention to detail, effective organization skills, and excellent communication skills. Preferred Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred. Experience supporting sales representatives and experience in a cleaning/industrial supply industry is also preferred.
