Helpful Information:

At Builders Plus, we pride ourselves in the work environment we have created. Our philosophy is that if every individual does not better him or herself, then we have failed our team. We understand that the path to success as a company is achieved by the individual successes of those within our team. The fact that we think this way results in some uncharacteristic perspectives on employment. For where we are headed, however, it is required to be uncharacteristic. * Equal employment opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle of Builders Plus Construction, LLC. Consideration for employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, citizenship, pregnancy, disability, genetic bias, military status or any other classification protected by applicable local, state or federal law.
