Sprayer Trainer Conducting classroom and on-the-job training of new sprayer candidates Performing audits of all sprayers in accordance with the sprayer certification program Maintain records of sprayer audits Review defect data throughout the day to identify and act on technique-related issues Maintain log of each sprayers technique-related defects per the sprayer certification program Inform finish management of approaching milestones in each sprayers performance (excess, defects, potential decertification, attitude issues, attainment of certification) Attend OBKA for identification of technique issues Review available color data for evidence of trends or operator-specific variation Audit and record speed of each line and adherence to line loading procedures weekly, notify finish specialist and management of any deviations Notify the finish mechanic when equipment-related issues are observed in their daily work Participate in any Cl activities related to quality improvements, as assigned Conduct NESHAP training on all affected employees (monthly for all new finish hires and annually for others) Participate in FPG audits as directed
