Request for Leased Space Proposals
The Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas (WA) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to search for Leased Space for between 5,000 to 8,000 of dedicated square footage of office space. The initial period for the lease would be from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025, with the option to extend the lease. Respondents are invited to submit proposal(s) in accordance with the instructions in this RFP that can be found at www.workforce-ks.com/rfps.
Key Dates:
November 5, 2020 Request for Bid (RFB) Available to requesting parties
November 19, 2020 Pre-Proposal Conference at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom
Attendance is not required at the pre-proposal conference but is encouraged. Participants must register to attend the meeting.
December 18, 2020 Deadline for Bid Submissions 12:00 p.m.
