On-the-Job New Hire Training (OJT): Work-based learning provided by the company for new hires. OJT is only available for unemployed or underemployed individuals.

Incumbent Worker Training (IWT): Work-based learning provided by the company or an educational institution for current employees in need of upskilling or reskilling to retain employment or advance

Short Term Classroom Occupational Training: Scholarships for training provided by an educational institution, where graduates earn a Technical Certificate or Associates Degree.

Mid-Term Classroom Occupational Training: Scholarships for training provided by an educational institution, where graduates earn a Bachelors or Masters Degree or Graduate Level Certificate.
