Interested parties can submit a bid to provide occupational skills training to approved WIOA Youth. The Request for Bids (RFB) is available through November 6, 2020, at 12 p.m. local time. The Workforce Alliance will host a pre-bid conference on October 16th via Zoom to allow interested parties to ask questions about this request. The attached document provides information on what services are requested and what services are requested.

The RFP Lacked Sufficient Information on how to submit the responses. Below is information for submittal.
WA must receive the proposal(s) via electronic delivery (email, drop box, etc) no later than 12:00 P.M., CST, November 6, 2020. Notice of delivery or download ability must be received at admin@workforce-ks.com prior to deadline. Email attachments cannot exceed 10mb. For proposals over 10 mb WA recommends mailing a USB Storage Device or using a secure online file download service such as Dropbox. The proposal can be mailed on a USB storage device to the following address.

Late proposals will not be accepted. WA will provide a receipt verifying the time and date the proposal is received. If Respondents send their proposals via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or any other type of delivery service, Respondents are responsible for requesting proof of delivery date and time from their chosen carrier.
