Request for Leased Space Proposals
The Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas (WA) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to search for Leased Space for between 6,000 to 8,000 of dedicated square footage of office space.The initial period for the lease would be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030,withtheoptiontoextendthelease. Respondents are invited to submit proposal(s) in accordance with the instructions in thisRFP that can be found at www.workforce-ks.com/rfps.
Key Dates:
February 10, 2025 Request for Bid (RFB) Available to requesting parties
February 19, 2025 Pre-Proposal Conference at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom
Attendance is not required at the pre-proposal conference but is encouraged.
Participants must register to attend the meeting.
March 10, 2025 Deadline for Bid Submissions 12:00 p.m.
