The Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas (WA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure qualified service providers to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program services to participants ages 16–24 who are seeking further education and employment opportunities in south central Kansas.
This RFP does not include occupational skills training services. A separate RFP for occupational skills training will be released at a later date.
The purpose of this RFP is to procure qualified service providers for new WIOA Youth Program contracts. The anticipated contract negotiation will begin January 1, 2027 and could run through July 1, 2027. The initial period of the contracts may be for up to three years, with the option to extend the agreement for additional periods, subject to funding availability, performance, and applicable requirements.
Interested respondents are invited to submit proposal(s) in accordance with the instructions and requirements contained in the RFP.
