Ruthanna utilized Google Careers/IBM SkillsBuild to further their education as they felt it would increase their value in the ever-changing job market and the courses aligned with their goal of obtaining a professional certificate in Marketing and E-Commerce. She completed a certificate in data analytics in addition to a refresher course in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Ruthanna was very thankful for the resources provided by the Workforce Center and their neighborhood library; the opportunity to take classes online and at their own pace would have been nearly impossible as she works two jobs and requires public transportation.
