Jan sought career assistance with the Wichita Workforce Center in April 2023 shortly after resigning from her position as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She was hopeful to find an employer that would allow her to balance work-life activities, and her previous schedule made it impossible to spend time with family.

After graduating high school, Cheyenne could not afford post-secondary training; the One Workforce Grant was able to help with the financial aid needed to complete her training goals en route to a new career.

Chelsie met with a Workforce Center Case Manager seeking help to complete her Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; she found it with the One Workforce Grant.
