He came to the Workforce Center with a resume that listed his extensive technical skills, but was long and unfocused. This limited his ability to effectively market himself to potential employers.

Jessica was laid off from her Senior Accounting Assistant role after four years, earning $26/hour. Through the RESEA program, Jessica worked with a Reemployment Navigator and landed a full-time General Accountant position with Spirit AeroSystems at $40/hour

Timothy came to the Workforce Center seeking help in completing his associate’s degree in aviation maintenance Technician through the One Workforce Grant. Previously working part-time in retail for $16.25/hour, he hoped to earn technical certificates and start a career in the aircraft industry.
